Timing of Production

• Upon receiving your order, we start producing your hand-made shoes with great care and finish in 20 - 30 days in regular season.

• Please note that, during the BLACK FRIDAY Promotion, due to high demand, our production timing is 45 days (+/- 15 days). So please expect your Black Friday orders to be shipped after 45 days in average. We work with agility and great effort to deliver your shoes to you in the shortest time possible. 

• Shoes from the Clearance Sale section are present in our inventory. We ship your products from the Clearance Sale section within 7 work days.

Delivery from Turkey to Your Country

Important Update: As it takes a very long time to deliver, and the quality of service is below expectations, we no longer deliver using standard postal service (PTT) to most of the destinations. Additionally, after the increase of all logistic prices globally, standard post is not as economic as it used to be. We deliver to most destinations with DHL Express, a fast and reliable global logistics partner.

We deliver to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus with a regional cargo service whose specialty is this area.

​DHL Express: DHL's estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days, which varies according to the country. For example, deliveries to European countries are delivered within 2-4 days, deliveries to USA and Canada are delivered within 3-5 days, and deliveries to Australia may take up to 10-15 days.

Customs & Duty (Especially for the EU Countries)

Especially for the EU, after the new regulations on VAT (since July 2021), please note that, it is possible duties will be applied to your orders.

​We'd like to remind you that we do not have any jurisdiction about the customs applications and cannot interfere to the customs procedures. Please check the customs policy of your country to avoid any surprises.

Please note, we cannot accept returns because of duties.

• Shipping fee is based on weight, quantity and country of delivery.

• Please note, you are responsible for import duties and taxes for your order. In international logistics, the buyer is responsible for any custom taxes and carrier charges that occur in the destination country. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays.

• There are wide variations of customs policies and you should contact your local customs office for more information.

• Delivery times are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees for delays.

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national or religious holidays.

• ​The total delivery timing can be estimated as the sum of time required for production plus shipping timing.
